Last week, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) released information about a new Pollution Prevention (P2) Toolkit Program for small-medium size businesses in Indiana.
The goal of the program is to provide businesses and manufacturers resources and customized help to reduce or eliminate water, air, and other pollution at the source. Resources that will be offered by the program include webinars, information sheets and checklists by topic area, as well as confidential compliance assistance provided by IDEM’s Compliance and Technical Assistance (CTAP) staff.
The first topic area covered will be Detecting and Fixing Air Compressor Leaks, starting with a webinar on Wednesday July 23, 2025. Participants will receive an information sheet and companion checklist to help with implementation.
