Registration is now open for the state’s annual Indiana Water Summit on August 21 -22, 2024. (Register by June 30 for early bird pricing!)
This year’s event, which aims to lay the framework for state and regional-level water planning, will be held at the Biltwell Event Center in Indianapolis.
The Summit’s agenda is packed with topics for community leaders, city and county planners, public water suppliers, and anyone interested in water issues and protection. The management of our current and future water supplies depend on the collaboration of stakeholders across the state – the Summit’s goal is to bring these people together in an apolitical and inclusive manner.
Day 1 of the 2024 Summit will focus on water planning, with sessions on the latest regional studies from North Central Indiana and Wabash Headwaters, county-level planning activities, and check-ins with nearby states of Michigan and Minnesota.
Day 2 includes several topics focused on taking action to protect our waters as well as current challenges such as nutrient reduction, PFAS, and wetlands.
The Summit also includes time for networking and participant interaction as well as an optional White River float the day after the conference (extra $50 fee).
