Registration Open for the 24th Annual Pollution Prevention Conference and Trade Show

Registration is open now through September 20 for the 24th Annual Pollution Prevention (P2) Conference and Trade Show to be help September 23 at Marriott North at Keystone in Indianapolis, IN.

This one day event will feature keynote speaker Cynthia Nelson, P2 Manager at the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, networking with businesses and vendors dedicated to preventing pollution and afternoon breakout sessions.

The afternoon session includes 2 breakout tracks focused on Sustainability and Water. The water track sessions include:

  • Lessons From the Pandemic: Building Water Safety in Schools, Offices, and Beyond
  • The Use of ProMoss to Eliminate Chemicals in Cooling Towers and WWT Systems
  • Water Saving Successes at Elanco Clinton Laboratories

The conference is open to all, but is a chance for businesses to network with over 100 members of the Indiana Partners for Pollution Prevention program, a public-private partnership with IDEM to promote pollution prevention and environmental stewardship in Indiana.

If you are interested to learn how other business have implemented successful P2 technologies and how you can improve your business practices, this is a great opportunity to learn from the Partners for Pollution Prevention members and consider becoming a member yourself. The 2021 Governor’s Awards for Environmental Excellence will be presented in the morning along with a session highlighting projects from the award recipients.

Additionally the conference is approved for continuing education credits in drinking water, wastewater, and continuing legal credits, and other professional certifications.
