The North Central Region Water Network is hosting a webinar next week focused on how irrigation management impacts nitrate leaching and groundwater quality. Much of the North Central Region (including Indiana) relies on groundwater for drinking water, making groundwater quality key area of focus for natural resource, agriculture and public health officials alike.
The webinar is part of The Current series for professionals engaged in water-related extension, research, and conservation activities. Webinars run for 60 minutes, with three 10-minute project snapshots and 30 minutes of QA/peer-to-peer interaction.
