If you’re inheriting a well, maintaining your water quality may seem like a daunting possibility. This National Groundwater Association video details 3 easy to remember steps:

  1. Test for bacteria, nitrate and other contaminants
  2. Tend – Contact a professional inspect your well yearly and always keep contaminating sources away from well
  3. Treat your well when necessary. Use your water test results when shopping for a system or contacting a professional to help you
