April 19, 2017

The new health code covering businesses in the wellfields that use chemicals was passed in November 2016 with an effective date of January 2017. This mean that the requirements of the health code CURRENTLY APPLY to your business. You must be in compliance.

Please take a look at the checklist we have made to summarize the requirements of the health code. If you need help understanding or complying with any requirement, please contact us and we would be happy to help!
