MCWEC President Contributes Article to National Groundwater Foundation

The National Groundwater Foundation is a non-profit founded in 1985 that seeks to educate people and inspire action to ensure sustainable, clean groundwater for future generations. MCWEC is a part of its Groundwater Guardian program that recognizes communities for groundwater education and protection.
