For the past two years Indy Rezone has been working to update the City’s zoning ordinances and associated development regulations to be more sustainable and more livable.
In addition to ordinance changes pertaining to wellfield protection, the Indy Rezone project covers a large number of topics including residential and non-residential development, parking & streets, and administration of development.
On Friday June 17, 2014, the Indy Rezone team will be hosting an open house at The Athanaeum (407 East Michigan Street) from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Formal presentations will be at 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm. All individuals are invited to stop in at any time to mingle with the project team and learn about what changes are being proposed in the new ordinance.
