We had the chance to check out the Triton brewery located in Lawrence that uses exclusively Lawrence drinking water to brew their beer.
Triton Brewing Company brewed their first batch of beer in September of 2011. On average, they brew about 9,500 gallons of beer a month which requires over 83,000 gallons of water! Because of their interest in good water quality to product good quality beer, they are a great partner for MCWEC in groundwater protection.
